Cultivating A Thriving Community
Making a difference in the community has always been important to Stellar and its employees. However, to formalize the company's community support program, Stellar created the Stellar Foundation in 2006. The Foundation assists civic and community service programs that encourage volunteerism and enhance the effectiveness of the non-profit sector, address community needs, promote leadership and support diversity in the workforce and society.

In recent years, Stellar has donated as much as 20 percent of its net profits to charitable organizations in the areas where its employees live and work. The Foundation also centralizes, coordinates and recognizes Stellar employee's charitable participation by providing a 100 percent match of employee donations to the organizations of their choice.
