Stellar replaced an existing line with a new line that features spiral freezer systems, Building Envelope fluid fryer, and updated front end and packaging systems for increased production needs. Stellar installed a 175-TR low-temperature ammonia refrigeration system to maintain a -45°F production temperature. Stellar also provided the refrigeration and mechanical support systems and installed a centralized programmable logic controller (PLC) system to monitor and efficiently control the new equipment.
