Stellar turned an open distribution facility into a fully-functioning processing plant. Stellar processed all permitting through the county and city, installed all utility requirements, insulated the walls and ceilings, and installed new refrigeration and process line equipment. This project features the retrofit of relocated line and oven equipment from Japan to meet US codes and standards. Stellar also incorporated Japanese cultural requirements within the employee and production areas.
