Stellar designed and constructed a series of expansions to Sysco’s Jacksonville facility, including a 35,000 square foot freezer and refrigerated dock; 4,000 square foot machine room; 28,000 square foot dry warehouse and dock; as well as a 15,400 square foot welfare, locker and office area. At a later time, Stellar constructed a separate truck maintenance facility, including a fuel system, office and welfare area, and parking lot.
