This facility consists of offices, research and development benchtops and labs, pilot processing plant, culinary and consumer center testing, plant utilities and delivery spaces. The design elements consists of: a three story offi ce and benchtop/ lab building, a two story culinary elliptical entry element provides a sense of arrival, single story pilot plan main processing area allow for the appropriate research and development. The new building is located to the immediate north of the existing Nestle/Stouffers plant.
