University of St. Augustine
Stellar built a tilt-panel, three-story academic building to house the university’s physical/occupational therapy program. In addition to classrooms, the building features a wellness center, therapy pool, physical and occupational therapy clinic space, a wet and dry anatomy lab, locker rooms, staff lounge and student lounge. Flex space on the first floor can be used as a large auditorium or partitioned into four classrooms. The upper floor features a large gathering space with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and custom pub-style bar and food service area.
Stellar delivered a building that was on time, under budget, and exactly what we needed. The University will continue to grow, and when we build again, Stellar will be bringing it out of the ground.
