Leadership Team
Brian has over 20+ years experience with Stellar in the food & beverage industry and holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida. He has held the positions of field engineer, superintendent, project manager, senior project manager and project developer. Brian’s responsibilities include overseeing all business relationships, project development and execution of projects in the refrigeration, prepared foods, sliced meats, poultry, dairy and beverage industries.
Scott’s journey at Stellar began in 1997 when he joined as an intern after earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida. Over the years, Scott’s dedication, hard work and commitment to exceptional customer service have propelled him through the ranks.
In 2011, Scott was promoted to Division Vice President, where he played a crucial role in managing significant year-over-year growth of the Food & Beverage Division. For the last four years, he served as Executive Vice President of the consolidated Food Group, overseeing industrial cold storage, thermal, manufacturing, engineering and construction efforts. As COO, Scott’s additional responsibilities will include executive oversight of the Industrial and Commercial groups, along with leading efforts in Field Services, Quality and Safety (FQS).
Clint is a licensed CPA with 22+ years of accounting and finance experience in construction, development and real estate throughout the commercial, hospitality, institutional and residential marketplace. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida and has been with Stellar for more than 14 years.

Stacey brings over 20 years of experience in talent management, training & development, corporate recruiting and strategic human resources planning to her new role. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University, she spent a few years as a reporter before finding a passion for Human Resources in the hospitality industry.
Stacey joined Stellar in 2019 as a Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 2020, playing a vital role in policy development and communications responses to the COVID-19 pandemic. In her role as CHRO, she is responsible for all Human Resources, Retention & Recruiting, Training & Career Development, and Employee Engagement Initiatives.
Brian is a results-driven IT solutions and security professional with over 20 years of applied experience working with enterprise organizations spanning government, retail, real estate, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. He is experienced with leading teams to successfully deliver solutions including new digital marketing platforms, business process engineering, data center migrations, infrastructure consolidations, transitions to cloud, and converged communications. Brian has 37 years of industry experience including 7 years with Stellar.
Gabe is board certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Before joining Stellar in April 2020, he was an attorney in the Construction and Litigation departments at the Rogers Towers law firm for more than a decade. Crafton earned his J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of North Florida.
