This major upgrade to the Alliance’s school and fitness center included the addition of 4,100 square feet of classroom space, a 7,719-square-foot gymnasium, and 2,557 square feet of arts space. Renovations included conversion of an existing kitchen into a 2,311-square-foot flex space that can be used as a single room or divided into three spaces with accordion partitions. The existing gymnasium was remodeled into an aerobics room and spinning room, with wood floors, mirrors and sound systems. Natural light was incorporated into the design with skylights and windows. Exterior renovations included an additional 33 parking spaces, drainage pond, infrastructure for the addition and landscaping.
