Ring Power - Pompano Beach

Stellar added a new 20,510 SF heavy equipment repair and service building to this existing 8-acre campus. In addition, Stellar added and renovated 4,600 square feet of office space, 8,480 square feet of remodeled parts storage warehouse, and 26,007 square feet of repair and heavy equipment service bays. Building construction is conventional steel framing, exterior concrete tilt-walls and a single-ply membrane roof system. Service bays include bridge cranes, ventilating systems, and POL (petroleum, oil, lubricant) dispensing system. This facility also features a large wash bay.
