Flightline Marine Mart

The Flightline Marine Mart is a LEED Silver, one-story structure. This convenience store stocks personal products, on-the-go packaged food items, ready to eat / grab-&-go convenience items such as sandwiches, fountain and bottled beverages, coffee and an array of other convenience store items. A 640-SF reach in cooler / freezer features an angled wall and light cove above cooler doors for GFGI graphics display. Other fixtures and equipment include racks/shelving, dry and cold storage for inventory, deli display case, coffee makers, soda fountain, and POS. There are two canopied tables outside where patrons can relax next to the marina and enjoy their food. Framing consists of pre-engineered steel roof joists supported on 8” reinforced masonry walls and bearing on an interior masonry wall with 20-gage galvanized roof deck.
