Stellar starts $2.8 M Dayspring Academy daycare

Stellar recently began construction an 8,700-square-foot building at 5654 Dunn Ave. that will house a new daycare center and early learning programs for the Dayspring Christian Academy and Preschool. Stellar is partnering with PQH Group and Cobb Clark Enterprises (CCE, LLC) on the project.
