Stellar provided complete design-build services for a foodservice distribution center and seafood processing plant. The complex includes a truck maintenance and fueling facility, a desalination plant to meet the highest quality water standards, full power-generation backup and corporate offices. The facility also features energy-efficient and environmentally friendly refrigeration and freezing areas ranging from -30°F to +55°F.
