Flagler Health - Village at Nocatee

A repeat client, Flagler Hospital again partnered with Stellar to provide a new health village in a quickly developing area of Nocatee in Ponte Vedra. The property is in the Nocatee Town Center, in a central and prominent location within the neighborhood.

The site was a 4-acre green field, bounded by streets on three sides, and a vacant property on the fourth. The health village includes primary care, pediatrics, laboratory, concierge medicine, imaging, a suite including the modalities of MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound and mammography.

The Biophilic design incorporates a wall with green moss infills, large expansive views to the exterior, curtain wall, sky lights and a one acre park.
