Jacksonville Business Journal Names Stellar’s Jason Duff a 2019 ‘Technology Leader of the Year’
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 23, 2019) — The Jacksonville Business Journal has selected Jason Duff as one of its 2019 Technology Leaders of the Year.
Duff, the Divisional Vice President of Design and Engineering for Stellar’s Food Group, was one of only 14 honorees to be named to the inaugural class. He will be featured in a forthcoming issue of the Business Journal and will be recognized at a special event next month.
Many of Stellar’s latest technology ventures in cutting-edge building design and construction have been led by Duff and his team. He has helped develop the company’s advancements and investments in tools from augmented reality and 3D modeling to virtual design and construction technology. This has helped Stellar deliver projects to clients with greater accuracy, efficiency and cost savings than ever before.
“Jason has been instrumental to Stellar’s success in recent years. He’s continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to advancing our design capabilities and how we harness technology,” said Mike Santarone, Stellar’s president and COO. “He’s certainly deserving of this honor, and we’re proud to see him recognized.”
The Technology Leader of the Year honorees are men and women whose leadership has helped grow their companies, shape their industries and influence the area. The leaders were chosen based on the impact they’ve had both at work and in the broader business community.
