Our team possesses extensive experience in designing and constructing lodging facilities on military installations, encompassing both renovations and new construction. We diligently adhere to design and sound emission criteria, while also ensuring full compliance with ADA accessibility standards and other crucial considerations.
Throughout our projects, we have encountered various challenges and successfully addressed them. For instance, we managed the expansion of a 140-room temporary lodging facility without disrupting its operation. Additionally, we successfully completed an 860-room facility, featuring over 750 extended-stay rooms. In all endeavors, we prioritize balancing budget and timing considerations while maintaining a strong focus on the safety and comfort of soldiers and their families.
