Stellar Completes New Ferguson Showroom, Counter and Warehouse
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (September 16, 2019) — Construction is now complete at the new Jacksonville Showroom, Sales Counter and Warehouse for Ferguson, the largest plumbing wholesaler in North America.
Stellar, a firm providing award-winning construction management at-risk, design-build and general contracting services for a range of commercial and public sector markets, was the design-builder for the new Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, counter and warehouse.
The new location at 11553 Philips Highway features a:
- 10,670 square-foot high-end showroom
- 6,568 square-foot office space
- 56,600 square-foot warehouse
- 3,520 square-foot retail counter area for plumbing and HVAC professionals
Ferguson turned to Stellar to help complete the design and construction of the new facility after outgrowing its previous space at 3003 Phillips Highway. Stellar also coordinated with on-staff Ferguson designers to complete the design and infrastructure of the showroom to accommodate its high-end Ferguson Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Gallery.

The new facility is now open and began servicing local contractors and the general public on September 9. Stellar first began construction on the project in September 2018.
