Our wellness programs comprise of annual biometric screenings offered on-site at Stellar. If the ranges are healthy, participating employees can save money on their monthly premiums in the following year. Additionally, we provide fitness center discounts depending on the participating gym and free-of-cost IV's by Thrive cosmetics once a month on-site. We offer much more to help you stay healthy and productive.
Cost-Sharing and Discounts:
We believe in shared responsibility. Some benefits are provided at no cost to you, while others are shared between Stellar and the employee. Additionally, certain benefits may be available at discounted or group rates, helping you maximize the value of your benefits package.
Community Involvement and Social Responsibility:
As a company, we are committed to our corporate social responsibility. Hence, we provide our employees with opportunities to partake in community service projects and charitable initiatives, enabling them to make a positive impact beyond the workplace. Moreover, we have established a matching gift program through the Stellar Foundation, allowing employees to contribute to the foundation and have their donations matched 100 percent. They can direct their contributions, from $50 to an annual maximum of $1,000, to specific 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations. As a company, we will provide a corporate match of up to $50,000 annually.
