Fort Meade Pet Center

This project includes the demolition of existing sheds and structures to make way for a new 5,291 SF dog boarding and grooming facility. The building will feature 3,123 SF of air-conditioned space, supported by a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) for ventilation and climate control. Constructed as a pre-engineered metal structure, the facility includes 36 kennels with both interior and exterior access.

In addition to boarding, the facility will offer a range of services and amenities, including a commercial-grade washer and dryer system, a dedicated grooming area, and a DIY dog bathing station for pet owners. Multiple fenced outdoor exercise yards will provide safe spaces for dogs to play and socialize. The design focuses on functionality, efficiency, and high standards of care to create a comprehensive, modern environment for pet services.
