Fort Meade RV Park

Stellar was contracted to execute a significant expansion to an existing RV park, aimed at increasing capacity and enhancing guest amenities. The scope of work included the construction of 30 fully serviced RV campsites. Each site is equipped with individual water, sewer, and electrical hookups to support modern recreational vehicle needs and ensure maximum guest comfort. In addition to the campsites, Stellar constructed a new comfort station designed to provide convenient amenities for park visitors. The facility includes laundry machines, private shower stalls, and restroom accommodations, offering a clean and accessible space for extended stays.

As part of our commitment to sustainable infrastructure, the project also included the installation of two stormwater management basins and six rain gardens. These features help to mitigate runoff, promote groundwater recharge, and support native plantings, blending ecological responsibility with functional design. Stellar delivered the project on schedule while maintaining our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.
