Stellar Announces Strategic Leadership Updates
Jacksonville, Fla. (January 21, 2026) — Stellar, an integrated design-build firm, is proud to announce a strategic expansion of its leadership team. This milestone underscores the company’s continued growth and organizational development.

The following five individuals were named to new roles effective January 1, 2026.
Chris Williams
Executive Vice President
Chris Williams has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Stellar Industrial Solutions. A graduate of the University of Florida, Chris joined Stellar in 2006 as a Project Manager and has over 30 years of industry experience. In his new role, Chris will oversee the strategic growth of Stellar's Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration and Aftermarket Services groups and ensure continued excellence in operational performance.
Nathan Edwards
Senior Vice President
Nathan Edwards has been promoted to Senior Vice President in the Food and Beverage Group. Nathan graduated from the University of North Florida and began at Stellar as an intern in 2006. Nathan has been instrumental in the completion of some of Stellar's most outstanding and award-winning food and beverage projects. As Senior Vice President, Nathan will continue to lead the growing Food and Beverage group.
Judson Bradley
Vice President of Risk
Judson Bradley has been promoted to Vice President of Risk/Legal Counsel. Judson earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and graduated from Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Board Certified in Construction Law. As the Vice President of Risk/Legal Counsel, Judson will lead our Risk Management and Safety teams and ensure our projects, operations, and business practices are protected.
Mark Harvey
Vice President of Operations
Mark Harvey has been promoted to Vice President of Operations in the Commercial Group. A graduate of Auburn University, Mark brings 29 years of industry experience to Stellar. In his new role, he will oversee project management and field operations in Stellar's Commercial Group.
Zach Walker
Vice President of Business Development
Zach Walker has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Zach studied Supply Chain Management and Finance at Auburn University and has 14 years of experience in strategic business growth across multiple industries. As Vice President of Business Development, Zach will continue to lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that generate revenue and maintain long-term client relationships.
