Stellar expanded Premium Standard Farm’s processing facility to include a kill locker room, a cut locker room, a hog cooler, a quick chill, offal dock and freezer, and a machine and electrical room. The expansion increased capacity from 6,000 hogs per day to 10,000 hogs per day.
