Meet Our Leaders

Ronald H. Foster Jr.
Ronald H. Foster Jr.
Chairman

Ron began working as a construction laborer at Stellar in 1987 shortly after the formation of Stellar by the original founders, which included his father and uncle. After graduation from the University of Florida’s Building Construction program in 1990, Ron began his career in construction field operations as a Field Engineer and was stationed on jobsites across the country. Ron held the positions of Assistant Superintendent and Construction Superintendent on a variety of projects. Upon completion of his Field Operations duties, Ron was assigned to the corporate office as a Project Manager in 1993. Ron held numerous positions within the company and was part of the team guiding the sustained growth of Stellar through the 1990s. Ron received his MBA from Jacksonville University in 1996. In 2002 Ron took over as President of Stellar after the original founders retired. Ron and the leadership team have continued to promote the founders original principles. Ron’s leadership over the following decades has helped guide Stellar into one the world’s top A/E/C companies, expanding it to encompass the broad range of services offered today.

Chief Executive Officer

With more than 30+ years of construction management experience, Mike oversees the operations of all Stellar divisions. He ensures customer satisfaction by promoting a team atmosphere between Stellar’s clients and associates. Mike establishes goal planning for administration, financial security, insurance and training by integrating efficient technologies with the finest people, adhering to Stellar’s core values. Mike holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida and has an MBA from Jacksonville University.

President and Chief Operations Officer

Brian has over 20+ years experience with Stellar in the food & beverage industry and holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida. He has held the positions of field engineer, superintendent, project manager, senior project manager and project developer. Brian’s responsibilities include overseeing all business relationships, project development and execution of projects in the refrigeration, prepared foods, sliced meats, poultry, dairy and beverage industries.

Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Clint is a licensed CPA with 22+ years of accounting and finance experience in construction, development and real estate throughout the commercial, hospitality, institutional and residential marketplace. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida and has been with Stellar for more than 14 years.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Mike has 38+ years at Rogers Towers advising clients in complex legal matters and joined Stellar in 2018 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mike is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He was recognized on Florida Trend Magazine's 2017 “Legal Elite” list and was included in The Best Lawyers in America 2018 for Business Organizations. Mike received both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Florida.

Senior Vice President, Food Manufacturing & Logistics

Scott is a graduate of the University of North Florida’s Building Construction program. He joined Stellar in December of 1997 as an intern. He advanced through the operational ranks in the Food and Beverage group, becoming Vice President of Food Operations in October 2011. He was subsequently named Divisional Vice President of the Food & Beverage group in September of 2012, assuming responsibility for both Operations as well as Engineering at that time. As Senior Vice President, Scott is responsible for the Food Manufacturing and Logistics group including our Distribution and Thermal divisions.

Senior Vice President, Commercial

Richard has more than 34 years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of North Florida. He joined the Stellar team in 2003, and shortly after advanced to Divisional Vice President to oversee Stellar’s Commercial business unit which serves the Healthcare, Government, Institutional and Commercial industries. In 2013, Richard was promoted to Senior Vice President. His responsibilities include setting performance precedents, ensuring adherence to performance initiatives, negotiating client contracts, and overseeing project execution.
