Stellar Completes Another Renovation for the Tom Bush Family of Dealerships – Mazda City of Orange Park

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 08, 2020) — Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Stellar has officially completed its renovation of the Mazda City of Orange Park dealership on schedule.

The firm served as the construction manager for this $1.7 million renovation. In addition to the 6,300-square-foot interior showroom and sales area, Stellar also constructed a 450-square-foot addition, which remained open during the 5-month project.

This facility, along with Tom Bush Mazda on Atlantic Boulevard, follows Mazda’s brand guidelines to showcase their “Designed to Inspire” philosophy. In addition to refreshing the exterior with aluminum composite panels and repainted stucco, the dealership features eye-catching design and stylish features such as:

A nine-panel LED video wall on the sales floor
A showroom filled with LED backlit vehicle artwork
A mechanical lift or “jewel box” to showcase the latest models

“We’re proud to complete yet another world-class project for the Tom Bush Family,” said Tim Jenkins. “With the appropriate COVID-19 precautions put in place, we were able to complete this project safely and on time.”

Stellar again partnered with R. Wulbern Architect, PA on this renovation to bring Mazda’s design philosophy to life. Construction crews first broke ground in December 2019. Due to COVID-19, the Tom Bush Family will be posting a virtual tour on their website for everyone to enjoy from home while staying safe and healthy.
