This project involved comprehensive design-build services to renovate and realign two 18-hole golf courses while maintaining a full 36-hole playing experience. The scope included eliminating select holes, constructing new ones, and reconfiguring existing layouts to improve playability and accommodate new development. Additional improvements featured new tee installations, realigned greens and cart paths, stormwater management systems with chamber collection, a new irrigation system, and targeted turf upgrades. The project also included construction of two bridge structures, installation of enhanced bunker linings, development of a new practice green near the clubhouse, and placement of a prominent clock tower. Careful phasing allowed the course to remain open for play throughout construction, minimizing disruption.
