Located at Fernandina Beach near Jacksonville, FL, this new hotel was provided with Construction Management at Risk services by Stellar and architectural, civil and MEP services were performed outside of Stellar and contracted directly through the owner. The hotel is 4 stories and includes guest suites with baths and washer/dryers in laundry facility, kitchen, breakfast bar and serving area, prefinished hardwood flooring in the main lobby with grand staircase, interior wood shelving in storage rooms, a hospitality suite, registration counter, pool/spa, and plenty of parking with included ADA compliant spaces and signage.
