University of Florida Rolfs Hall & Williamson Hall
Stellar provided design-build services for the simultaneous renovation and infrastructure improvement of Williamson Hall and Rolfs Hall, two historic buildings on the University of Florida campus. The projects were strategically planned and executed during the university's summer break to minimize disruption and ensure both facilities were fully operational for the start of the academic year.
At Williamson Hall, renovations included the replacement of two air handling units and comprehensive interior upgrades, including new ceilings, flooring, and lighting.
Work at Rolfs Hall focused on replacing aging plumbing piping, fixtures, and ceramic tile finishes to improve reliability, functionality, and long-term performance while maintaining the building's historic character.
Through proactive planning, efficient coordination, and disciplined project management, Stellar successfully delivered both projects simultaneously, ahead of schedule and under budget.
