Stellar is proud to announce the completion of an innovative Italian meats and charcuterie production facility for Swift Prepared Foods, a subsidiary of JBS USA, and its Principe Italia brand. The $200-million, state-of-the-art facility in Columbia, Missouri, leans on cutting-edge automation technology, a one-of-a-kind curing process and more than 100 employees to produce millions of pounds annually of a variety of high-quality dry-cured meats, including salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, pancetta and coppa.

New Bell & Evans Organic Chicken Harvesting Facility Wins Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Award of Merit.

Rosina Food has opened a new $73.2-million meat processing facility designed and constructed by Stellar. The 105,000-square-foot building includes a high-speed, state-of-the-art meatball and sausage processing line.

Stellar and Dot Foods celebrated the groundbreaking of another new distribution center in Manchester, Tennessee on 8/25/2022. This 179,000 square foot, design-build project is one of many over our 25-year relationship and includes employee health clinic, cold docks and ammonia refrigeration system.

Stellar has received three Excellence in Construction Awards from the Florida First Coast Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Winners were recognized on Aug. 5 during an award ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.

Stellar has been awarded a design-build meat processing facility expansion project for Jack Link’s Protein Snacks. The project adds warehouse capacity to Jack Link’s existing distribution facility in the form of a highly automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS).
