This medical facility provides independent access to several medical practices, an urgent care center, a full-scale imaging center with MRI capabilities and an ambulatory surgical center. The structure consists of concrete foundations and tilt-up walls with structural steel framework, two-ply built-up roofing system and insulated windows throughout. Independent HVAC systems allow temperatures to be controlled according to the varied needs of the medical disciplines and equipment. Stellar coordinated design and inspection requirements with AHCA.
