Stellar Group Inc. is the contractor for the almost 48,300-square-foot hotel on 2.08 acres at San Jose Boulevard and Interstate 295.

Stellar, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, has completed construction of two refrigerated distribution facilities for Lineage Logistics, LLC in Vernon, California.

The $49.4 million design-build project was completed in two phases.
