Stellar's achievements continue to shine as the firm announced its seventh consecutive victory at the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) – Florida First Coast Chapter Awards for Excellence in Construction (EIC). This year marks an unbroken winning streak since 2017.

Stellar is proud to announce the completion of an innovative Italian meats and charcuterie production facility for Swift Prepared Foods, a subsidiary of JBS USA, and its Principe Italia brand. The $200-million, state-of-the-art facility in Columbia, Missouri, leans on cutting-edge automation technology, a one-of-a-kind curing process and more than 100 employees to produce millions of pounds annually of a variety of high-quality dry-cured meats, including salami, pepperoni, prosciutto, pancetta and coppa.

Stellar has completed its design-build renovation for Crown Bakeries in Smyrna, Georgia. The nearly $5 million project expanded manufacturing floorspace at the processing facility, tripled the research and development center by adding an innovation lab, and expanded employee welfare, offices and café facilities.

Rubix Foods Innovation Center and HQ, a design-build project by Stellar, is featured in Jacksonville Daily Record as a Cool Construction Project.

Rosina Food has opened a new $73.2-million meat processing facility designed and constructed by Stellar. The 105,000-square-foot building includes a high-speed, state-of-the-art meatball and sausage processing line.

Stellar announces completion and opening of Rubix Foods Innovation Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Rubix is a leading culinary and food science-focused provider of flavor and functional ingredients.

Stellar and Dot Foods celebrated the groundbreaking of another new distribution center in Manchester, Tennessee on 8/25/2022. This 179,000 square foot, design-build project is one of many over our 25-year relationship and includes employee health clinic, cold docks and ammonia refrigeration system.

Stellar has received three Excellence in Construction Awards from the Florida First Coast Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). Winners were recognized on Aug. 5 during an award ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront.
