BackTom Bush Celebrates Grand Opening of New, Stellar-Built Collision Center
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Apr. 21, 2016) — Tom Bush Family of Dealerships celebrated the opening of its new Tom Bush Collision Center at 9750 Regency Square Blvd. Thursday. Stellar, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, completed construction of the $1.4 million project in February. The celebration included raffle prizes, food trucks, live music, children’s activities and live demos of collision center services.
“We’re excited to be celebrating a new space for our employees and in-house business partners, but also the capacity to more efficiently serve customers of the Jacksonville community,” said DeWayne White, Tom Bush Collision Center Manager. “Stellar’s work on the expansion and upgrade of the collision center gives us the capability to be the one-stop service provider that our customers need, not to mention a cool place to wait in our completely air-conditioned facility.”
Located at the former Champion’s retail space on 9750 Regency Square Blvd., the new Tom Bush Collision Center offers:
- Three deluxe paint booths
- Two wash canopies
- Three detail canopies
- 18 vehicle-repair stalls
- Cutting-edge body shop technology
- 24 professionally trained employees
- Top-notch customer care
In addition to repairs, the new collision center offers window tinting, paint and dent work, and glasswork. The space also hosts administrative offices for auto insurance partners.
Stellar completed the construction of the new Tom Bush Collision Center earlier this year, converting a former retail store into a collision repair shop. Upon completion of the project, Stellar started construction on a $5-million BMW dealership in the prior collision center location. Stellar has completed more than 20 auto dealership projects to date.
